General Terms:
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of second-hand items that you make from Köpman Vesterlund through Tradera. By placing a bid or purchasing an item, you accept these terms. Please note that the condition of second-hand items can vary.

Bidding and Payment:
Payment is expected within 5 days following the end of the auction. If payment is not made within the specified time, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and relist the item. Payment can be made using the payment options offered by Tradera. All prices include Swedish VAT.

Delivery and Shipping:
We ship items within the European Union. Shipping costs are specified in each auction description and are calculated based on size, weight, and delivery address. The normal delivery time is 3-7 working days from the time payment is received within Sweden, and 7-14 working days for other EU countries. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns:
According to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within this time. The item must be returned in unchanged condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Complaints:
If the item is defective or does not match the description in the auction, you have the right to file a complaint within a reasonable time, no later than 2 months after receipt. Please contact us for information on how to proceed with a complaint. Note that we sell second-hand goods on Tradera and describe the condition of each item carefully, therefore, no general warranty is applied. But in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase then do not hesitate to contact us!
